RTi GrowthOps takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights under UK law. Plain English where possible.
1. Who we are
RTi GrowthOps is the trading name of RTi Solutions LLP, a growth-operations consultancy and funded-programme operator for construction, trades, engineering and manufacturing businesses.

Only authorised RTi Solutions LLP personnel access personal data.

When we deliver a funded business support programme on behalf of a commissioning body (for example a council or funder), additional, programme-specific data processing applies. That processing is covered by a separate privacy notice provided to participants at enrolment, and the commissioning body may act as an independent data controller for the data it requires. This policy covers the website and general enquiries only.

We do not collect special-category (sensitive) personal data through this website, and we do not collect payment data through it.

International transfers. Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism recognised under UK GDPR).
Learning Centre. Our Learning Centre displays articles from Business Growth Engine. Clicking through takes you to the Business Growth Engine site, governed by its own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
