What you get
workbooks, worksheets, diagnostics
What the businesses work through in session and take away after.
guides and slide decks
So every session runs to the same standard, whoever delivers it.
action plans and reporting tools
Outputs captured as part of the session, ready for your returns.

The programme exists - what's missing is the material that makes it deliverable.
A programme without materials
The structure is agreed, but there's nothing in anyone's hands to deliver it with.
Thin, generic content
Off-the-shelf slides and handouts that fit neither the audience nor the outcomes.
Inconsistent from session to session
Every facilitator brings their own deck, so quality depends on who turns up.
Nothing to evidence with
No action-plan or reporting templates, so outputs can't be captured cleanly in session.
Materials that leave with the provider
When the engagement ends, nothing usable stays behind.

With the right materials, the same programme delivers very differently.
Ready on day one
Workbooks, decks and guides built to your programme - in hands before the first session.
Built for the audience
Materials pitched to the people in the room, whatever their stage of growth.
Consistent every session
Facilitator guides keep quality even, whoever is delivering.
Evidence built in
Action-plan and reporting templates capture outputs as part of the session itself.
Yours to keep
The materials are your programme's assets - they stay when the engagement ends.

Ready on day one
Every workbook, deck and guide arrives finished and tested before the first session - so delivery starts delivering, not improvising.
Materials that deliver
Workbooks, slide decks, diagnostics, facilitator guides and reporting tools - ready to deliver.
Scoped to your programme
By scope
Commission assets on their own, or combine them with Programme Design and Programme Delivery as a full commissioned programme.

Built to be used
These are working documents - written through in session, taken away after, and built on the same toolkit that powers our Business Growth Plan diagnostics.
your programme and audience
We take your programme structure, audience and reporting requirements as the brief.
agreed before built
We agree the asset specification with you, then produce the full set.
ready to deliver
Materials delivered ready to use, with facilitator guides and reporting templates included.

Working documents
The materials do the capturing - by the end of a session, every participant has a written plan and you have the evidence of it.
Proof
We've been awarded and are delivering funded business support, including for Staffordshire County Council. The methods behind our programmes are proven in real commercial businesses such as JBB Electrical and The Conversion Guy.
We moved from selling through distribution to owning our direct relationships with dealers and customers, and Ian and his team held the whole programme together: strategy, systems and marketing as one joined-up engagement. Everything connected, accountability was clear, and we never juggled multiple agencies or repeated ourselves.
We are an established electrical contractor with a real ambition to grow, and Ian and his team gave us the plan and the systems to chase it on purpose. They mapped out the customers worth targeting, grew our online visibility from a few hundred to over 25,000 views a month, and brought the first ever inbound enquiries we have had.
Ian and his team helped me get the business off the ground: securing the funding, building the sales and marketing systems, and turning early enquiries into paying work. Three years on, we are taking on new staff now with a pipeline worth £398,000. They built the business engine behind my trade, and it shows in our numbers.
Tell us the programme and the audience - we'll come back with the asset set we'd build.
