What you get
you know who's in the room
Real names allocated at mobilisation - not a rotating bench of trainers.
venues, recruitment, engagement
Workshops booked, cohorts filled and participants engaged - the whole running of it.
captured as it happens
Outputs recorded in session, so your returns are read-offs, not reconstructions.

The programme exists - what's missing is delivery you can rely on.
A programme with no one to run it
The design and the materials exist; reliable delivery capacity is what's missing.
The reliability risk is yours
If delivery wobbles, it's your targets, your funder and your name on the line.
Recruitment that falls short
Underfilled cohorts quietly turn a good programme into a missed-targets report.
Delivery you can't see into
Without live evidence, problems only surface at reporting time.
A rotating cast of trainers
Faces change, quality drifts, and relationships with the businesses never build.

With the right delivery partner, the same programme runs very differently.
Named local facilitators
You know who's delivering and they stay - quality and relationships hold.
Cohorts filled
Marketing and recruitment handled, so the room is full and the targets are met.
Delivery you can see
Point-of-delivery reporting gives you live sight of progress, not surprises.
Evidence as it happens
Outputs captured in session; returns are clean read-offs, not reconstructions.
Reliability you can lend your name to
A programme run well enough to defend, repeat and build on.

Across the growth journey
Start-up mentoring for school leavers, workshops for founders, growth support for established firms - the same reliable delivery, pitched to the people in the room.
Delivered and evidenced
Named local facilitators, workshops, recruitment and reporting - your programme run reliably.
Scoped to your geography and metrics
By scope
Commission delivery on its own, or combine it with Programme Design and Programme Assets as a full commissioned programme.

Beyond the workshop
Delivery doesn't stop at the session door - engagement, follow-up and on-site support keep participants moving between workshops.
Proof
We've been awarded and are delivering funded business support, including for Staffordshire County Council. The methods behind our programmes are proven in real commercial businesses such as JBB Electrical and The Conversion Guy.
We moved from selling through distribution to owning our direct relationships with dealers and customers, and Ian and his team held the whole programme together: strategy, systems and marketing as one joined-up engagement. Everything connected, accountability was clear, and we never juggled multiple agencies or repeated ourselves.
We are an established electrical contractor with a real ambition to grow, and Ian and his team gave us the plan and the systems to chase it on purpose. They mapped out the customers worth targeting, grew our online visibility from a few hundred to over 25,000 views a month, and brought the first ever inbound enquiries we have had.
Ian and his team helped me get the business off the ground: securing the funding, building the sales and marketing systems, and turning early enquiries into paying work. Three years on, we are taking on new staff now with a pipeline worth £398,000. They built the business engine behind my trade, and it shows in our numbers.
Tell us the programme, the geography and the targets - we'll come back with how we'd run it.
